You never know!

FT8'ing running 10 Watts into a 1/4 GP with 8 Radials on 40m ,  7.074 MHz this morning.  There is a bit of a solar disturbance this morning K index is 3 .....

Not having any luck getting into Europe ,  hearing lots but the propagation is spotty and kind of one way.   Surprisingly I worked VP8LP in the Falklands ... snuck in there with a -20 report!  

Worked a nice little "Grey Line" opening into VK land as the Sun was setting working VK3LDB with a -2 signal report ...go figure!
