great copy today, our early evening in Belgium...
Have a good trip home to Toronto area...
My receiver is KiwiSDR with wsprdaemon script for decoding.
Antenna is a broadband directional endfed longwire (50m long) from 15m height in a tree sloping down to ground level towards NW, terminated at NW end into 400Ohm to ground rod.
Feedpoint is at the top in the tree via homebrew pre-amp with two stages using LTC-6432-15 from Analog Devices ... Fed with Cat5 cable for only receive...
Amplification can be adjusted up to 24db on 10m
My station is a purely receive and monitoring station... 6 different broadband antennas and 6 kiwisdr receivers...

great Fotos, Ron...
My mail was inspired by the best advertisement I have ever seen, a country has communicated world wide:
The Canada C3 mission:
https://canadac3.ca/en/
It was fantastic, that Canadian Hams had supported the event by putting a wspr beacon on the ship. The whole family here were helping to build antennas, as we wanted to follow the whole tour of the ship from beginning to end..
The challenge was to keep following the beacon travelling all arround Canada on 40m. It was only a very short moment not far from magnetic north pole, when I shortly lost it...
When crossing the narrowest point for north-west passage probably your company supported a live Video transmission on board of the ship, which the world could follow on Facebook - obviously without commercial telecommunication/Internet, that would not be possible. It seems that there was only one telecom Internet provide in that reagion to support communication at the Northwest passage...
We enjoyed the great pictures, people of the various regions interviewed in great videos, telling the story of Canada and their inhabitants... what a great show...
So when I saw your location in the north, I remembered the tour of the ship during Canada C3 event.
By the way the ship on the picture you sent, was probably a very similar ship, which did the tour some years ago...
All the best
73s
