20m ...band opens with a bang!

Sunrise here is 12:09 GMT ......there was ZERO propagation in 20m unitl 12:50 gmt then bang the next time I beacon 3 reception reports into Europe.  There seems to be a trend that an hour after Sunrise there is a brief opening to Europe where my little 200 mw blasts through.   The opposite occurs at Sunset ... an hour or so after and I get to VK land when the conditions are favorable.
